     Some important home buying tips when purchasing:  Get a professional inspection on the property, work with a lender that the experienced agent you have chosen feels comfortable working with (ust because the lender is your friend, does not mean they will be able to get the job done). Understand the contingencies and what is covered in the contract.  Get a home warranty plan.  If your inspection finds issues, be sure to get them checked out further.  Better to spend a little extra to get something extra (like a roof or chimney checked out) than to get a surprise later.
